La tour de la perle de l'orient. Cette tour de télévision de 468 m élevée sur l'ile de Pudong au bord du Huangpu permet par temps clair une vue exceptionnelle sur Shanghai et sur le Bund puisqu'elle se trouve juste en face. On peut monter jusqu'à la deuxième boule. Cette tour aux reflets roses métallisés est devenue en quelques années le symbole du développement de Shanghai. Dès que la nuit est tombée, elle se met à clignoter de toutes les couleurs, offrant un véritable spectacle visible depuis le Bund.
